Meet Bianca

From humble Baltimore beginnings, Bianca Wise took the courageous step of becoming an entrepreneur in 2019 after over 20 years as a first responder by starting a Home Care franchise scaling it to 2 locations serving the Baltimore Metropolitan and Montgomery County MD communities. Her transition from a career dedicated to protecting lives to one focused on enhancing quality of life for seniors was driven by her passion for serving others.

Wise spent two decades with the Baltimore County Fire Department, rising through the ranks to become the county's first African American female firefighter lieutenant. Her extensive training and experience in emergency medicine gave her a deep appreciation for the challenges facing elderly and disabled individuals who wish to live independently.
